Historic Trolley Tour
Saturday and Sunday, 11:00 a.m., 12 noon, 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
It's Fun! And It's Free!
Sponsored by Kamehameha Schools

Hale'iwa Hotel - circa 1910

Beginning here at Hale'iwa Beach Park, the trolley will drive down Hale'iwa Road to Waialua Beach Road, turn onto Goodale Avenue and continue on to Farrington Highway. The trolley tour turns left at Thompson Corner, travels to Weed Circle and then through Historic Hale'iwa town back to the Hale'iwa Arts Festival. Along this route are many historical and modern landmarks with their special stories to be shared by our volunteer tour guides.

Old Waialua Mill - 1880's

We are privileged to have with us knowledgeable and entertaining local residents to guide you along through some of their communities' memories.

Francis Forsythe, back with us for the fourth year, has graciously consented to be our lead docent on this cultural and educational trolley tour.

He will be joined by other long time North Shore residents and friends as they bring to you their personal insight into our area's rich history. Donšt miss this opportunity to discover and learn more about our historic and picturesque community! Give your mahalo to all our tour guides for sharing their time, expertise and aloha with each of us.

These 50 minute tours will depart from Hale'iwa Beach Park Parking lot on Kamehameha Highway.

Before, between and after the tours, the trolley will pick up and drop off in Hale'iwa Town at selected bus stops on the Waialua side of Kamehameha Hwy and return to Hale'iwa Beach Park. Plan accordingly.
