Hale'iwa Arts Festival uses a blind, two-tiered selection process for exhibitors. A panel of three jurors was convened this year, and artists' slides, photos, or original works were presented anonymously and rated. The jurors' recommendations were presented to an Exhibition Committee of individuals from the Art Committee and Executive Committee. The Exhibition Committee's sole responsibility is to develop an appropriate exhibit, incorporating the jurie's recommendations and maintaining the character of the event. Original works of art in all media are considered.
